  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Any requests made after this time frame may not be eligible for consideration.

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the damaged product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and process a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.
